This Knowledge Base includes topics relating to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 which come into force on April 6th 2015. These regulations govern the management of health, safety and welfare when undertaking construction projects.
The aim of the CDM Regulations is to integrate health and safety into the management of the project and to encourage everyone involved to work together. The emphasis of the regulations is on planning and management throughout construction projects from design concept onwards with health and safety considerations at the heart of project development.
