Software for Managing the CDM Regulations 2015
CDM ToolKit CS™ is available in Standalone, Workgroup, Enterprise and Hosted versions, and can optionally be supplied with our Asbestos management software for those who need to manage both the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
All versions are licensed with an annual training & support package giving users software updates, ongoing telephone support and training as appropriate. Licenses can be purchased for installation at your own site, or alternatively on our hosted servers.
A single-computer version of the product is available for non-network use for your laptop or desktop computer.

This level offers concurrent user licences for departmental network use with an optional Microsoft SQL Server (or Azure SQL) database.

The Essential ToolKit CS™ : Hosted Solution requires internet access and Microsoft's standard Remote Desktop Connection software. There is no requirement for locally installed copies of our software.
Users will have similar functionality to regular CDM ToolKit™ and Asbestos ToolKit™ users but without the hassle of the IT department. The cost model is different too with availability on a simple to manage annual rental on a 3 or 5 year contract at affordable prices.

To further improve the quality of our service delivery, we offer an Enhanced Training and Support package for all new customers. Existing customers are able to purchase the package on demand or at their annual renewal.
The package offers the following benefits for network customers:
Customers receive updates to their product version as they are released. These are normally service releases and may include updates to the knowledge base and may include legislative changes. Service Releases provide a mechanism to keep all customers on the currently released version of their product.
Where customers wish to purchase additional licenses within an existing installed version, these licenses are made available by paying the difference between what they have already paid and the price of the new configuration excluding annual renewals.
Customers are offered upgrades from time to time to a newly released or later product. Ai Solutions will offer a credit for amounts paid for licensing, excluding annual renewals, within the past 12 months at the date of invoicing.
