CDM 2015 Consultation Update - HSE Board Meeting 13th August, 2014

The HSE are due to consider the outcome of the CDM Consultation Document on the 13 August 2014, which produced more than 1,400 responses and much debate.
The paper informs the HSE Board of the outcome of the consultation, outlines proposed amendments to the intial CDM 2015 document and examines the 'next steps'.
In light of this information, the HSE will be asked to consider the results of the consultation and any proposed amendments.
