Last month, Ai Solutions held their latest Application Development Forum (ADF). It's now been 10 years since we first developed our product and service offering via The Cloud.
This year has shown us that our users need even more increased flexibility and mobile accessibility. With the use of mobile phones, tablets and laptops for accessing and updating data, our users require us to provide them with the software infrastructure that will help them in their day to day working.
Looking forward to 2018 we have new products that are currently being developed and tested providing more 'web centric' solutions, delivering a secure but shareable platform for your CDM and Asbestos compliance requirements.

There is a lot in the health and safety news lately about 'disability issues' within construction. From our perspective CDM2015 states that designers have a responsibility to ensure that, whatever they design, be it a road, building, bus stop, bridge etc., consideration as to its use, operation and maintenance should ensure that no person is put at risk.

Despite having the regulations to guide us and despite excellent health and safety on construction sites, workers are still being hurt. Why is this?
Most of the larger contractors, and many of the smaller contractors, have carried out their Risk Assessments and put in place Method Statements which outline 'how' the work needs to be carried out in order to keep the worker safe. But what are they if not followed? What can be done to ensure that they are followed?

We are delighted to continue our support of an outstanding Christmas Puzzle organised locally to raise money for charities around the country.
This year's puzzle (the 27th) will be available to download now from the Christmas Puzzle website from 8th December - www.ChristmasPuzzle.co.uk - or you can register now to receive a copy by email.
So far, the puzzle has raised over £77,000 for various good causes. The puzzle should appeal to people who enjoy solving (former) broadsheet crossword puzzles. You have plenty of time to work on it so don't expect every answer to be obvious; however, unlike many puzzles that come out around this time of year, this one is designed to help you finish!
We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our readers a wonderful Christmas and prosperous and happy new year.
