Over the 14 or so years that we have been providing our ToolKit™ software, we have seen many changes; mainly through product innovation. The release of our new hosted solution, announced at our recent Annual Conference, is another clear example of that. Now, instead of relying on internal resources for the provision of IT services, our hosted solution adds choice to our users. We can provide excellent performance and virtually the full functionality of locally based ToolKit services, but on-line. And in many cases, the service will be at a fraction of the cost of internally managed solutions. Details are available on request and we have a datasheet too.
Our annual Major Account Review Meeting scheduled for 20th May 2008 will be hosted by Transport for London. The meeting is a chance for key users and super-users to get together and discuss how they are currently using our ToolKit software, and to make requests for change. If you would like an invitation but have not yet received one, please contact us without delay. We are, as ever, grateful to users who host our MARM events and understand that places are limited.
Our Annual Conference was rated good to excellent by the majority of attendees. Another excellent result from an event that has become established with a number of customers as a place to meet, network and share similar experiences with the management of CDM and Asbestos.
The speakers included the HSE's Andrew East. He updated us on the current 'state of the CDM regulations' including changes to the way the Form 10 is going to be handled on-line and by Fax.
We will publish the latest information on this as it becomes available and have a blog for you to sign up to if you would like to hear the information as we get to know it.

We had a successful event at Leigh Court, Bristol on 1st May, when a number of interested parties attended. This was our first event in the West of England, and we hope to have more in due course. Please contact us if you are located in the region to discuss future opportunities.
We regularly receive updates from our customers and contacts about changes to legislation, the latest rumours and so on. We try to be selective with what we pass on and acknowledge our sources as appropriate. If you have information of general interest in the Health & Safety, and particularly, CDM and Asbestos Management arena, then please let us know by e-mail if possible.
