We have started the New Year with a fresh start to our web pages. These pages are completely re-styled and contain a lot more product information. These should be particularly helpful to customers and potential customers who want to take a view of the full program, and some of the key features.
The new web includes our 'Do the CDM Regulations Apply?' routine from the CDM ToolKit 2000. This is designed to encourage prospective users of the CDM ToolKit to keep visiting our web site as they get involved with more and more projects! Since this is available free of charge we would hope to find our visitor rates climb higher.
With even more visitors, our offer to include reviews of our products with links to your own pages should become even more attractive. We are currently waiting on a number of reviews and would encourage all our users to submit examples of how they have used the CDM ToolKit to help them with their projects.
The new web includes directions for visitors to our new office site in Leighton Buzzard and other contact numbers including our new direct support line.
In addition to our existing www.aisolutions.co.uk address, we have now registered www.cdmtoolkit.co.uk as a domain name to make it even easier to find us. Please let your colleagues know about the new address and get them interested in our products and services.
We are constantly on the looking for more subscribers to our monthly newsletter. The newsletter is circulated free of charge to all our users, prospective customers and editors of trade journals both on and off the web. If you have colleagues or suppliers to whom we could send copies, please contact us with their e-mail or other addresses.
This year we have introduced some new services to help our customers get up and running even more quickly. These include;
Please see the New Web or contact us for more details on any of these.
The New Year sees the launch of our 'Away From Base' option that allows laptop users to operate away from their offices on a replicated database and, on return, resynchronise this with the master database in use by other network users.
Our Forms Editor Product Option is in beta and we would welcome enquiries from users wanting to join the free beta trial.
Our new Maintenance Module is now available as an Option for all existing Customers. Contact us for details.
The new web has details on both these Options.
Our year 2000 Price Book includes several additions to our products and services as outlined above. In particular the current year 2000 Corporate product now includes the new Maintenance Manual module. The price of the Corporate product has been increased to accommodate this enhancement for new customers. Existing customers can add the Maintenance Manual as an Option. Please call for pricing.
Our upgrade terms have been amended and our new web pages include the revised terms for all sales this year.
We are waiting to hear from a number of customers who have indicated they want to take advantage of our free training for seminar attendees in our last newsletter (see newsletter archive on new web for details of this or call us). We would like to remind customers that this offer only runs to the end of next month so they should confirm their intentions without delay please.
Best wishes for the New Year
