Recently, we had the pleasure of training a group of users from Seeboard. The Regional Power Company is one of our biggest customers. The training session took place at our usual venue, the Milton Keynes Chamber of Commerce Training Centre. This recently re-equipped training facility is well suited to our needs with 10 up-to-date PCs and a special smart board that makes demonstrations and training really impressive.
Our trainers led the session and took the attendees through the CDM ToolKit 2000 Basic Course. The smart board was used to to show the flexibility of the product and the ease with which new projects could be set up from their own templates.
At the end of the session, the attendees were asked for their comments. They were so positive that we wrote a few of them down.
John; The CDM ToolKit has surpassed our greatest expectations, it is undoubtedly the best system in the marketplace, I am sure we made the right decision to purchase it.
Peter; Ai Solutions have done everything we have asked for.
Malcolm; The training facilities are excellent. We loved the smart board for demonstrations.
Paul; I have to say, I was not looking forward to this session as I have been to so many software courses and have not been impressed. However, I thoroughly enjoyed today. This is an amazing piece of software. It is unique with its word-processing within a database. I am very excited about using it and can see its application far and beyond CDM for Project Management generally.
Kevin; The CDM ToolKit is very, very easy to use.
Ray; I am very impressed; I usually break any software product within minutes. This morning, we have not seen a single software problem.

Service Release 3a has now been mailed to our users all over the UK. The release includes many major changes. One of them, the ability to save individual documents in the Project Printed Document folder is particularly interesting. Saved as a non editable facsimile, previously generated documents can be regenerated from the facsimile – not the live database – and then reprinted or e-mailed. This now allows the CDM ToolKit 2000 to become a 'proper' document management system with not only full audit control but also full version control as well. For some of our network customers, this has far reaching implications.
