It would seem that there is more and more illegal PPE making the rounds. An increasing number of products and safety garments, which don't comply with EN Standards and the PPE Regulations, have been purchased by UK businesses. Some of these products don't purport to meet the standards, but are nevertheless purchased in the mistaken belief that they are acceptable.
