In the unlikely event that AIS fails or declines to supply you with the goods you have ordered, we will reimburse you with the full amount you have paid.

Delivery will be made to the email address specified by you during the order process.

5.4. Cancellation

Please note that you will be unable to cancel the contract once performance of the services has begun; that is, once payment has been registered and the software downloaded, or online services accessed.
