Regular readers will notice that we have revised the title of our seminars. Started in Dec 1995 as a User Forum, we soon broadened the content to include all matters concerned with CDM. This allowed us to address the UK Construction Industry with many ideas and issues built around the CDM Regulations.
The advent of the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations (CAW 2002) and our new Asbestos Management software has prompted another change; our target audience now not only includes the construction industry but also facilities management teams, asbestos contractors and health & safety professionals. Our renamed Health & Safety Seminar encompasses that audience and the direction we are heading with our product development for 2004.
Our next event will be on Thursday 9th October 2003 at Bletchley Park; the key speaker will be Stephen Wright, HSE's Head of Construction Policy. Several leading practitioners will support him with presentations about Corporate Manslaughter, CDM and CAW2002. Please see the Presenter's Brief for details and our on-line booking form to reserve your place.
We have introduced two new data sheets for our ToolKit CS™ Asbestos and ToolKit CS™ CDM software products. They are available as PDF file downloads from our web site or as printed copies. If you would prefer a printed copy, please contact us and we will send you one.
The data sheets set out the main features in both products. Regular readers will know that our products are under continuous development and include a powerful knowledge base about the asbestos and CDM regulations. The product not only serves as an easy to use management tool with its inbuilt relational database, it also serves as a document management system and includes an inbuilt audit trail.
Please review our web pages or call us for more information on our CDM and Asbestos Management products.
