All duty holders with commercial premises must have an Asbestos Management Plan, this involves a survey and register. This register can be in various formats, depending on age and construction of building and the HSG264 guidance. Flint Environmental Services employ qualified surveyors with sufficient experience to inspect any type of building, countrywide and can provide any advice relating to management of Asbestos or removal.
It is not always necessary to remove Asbestos, however it is necessary to 'manage' Asbestos.
