A Brief History of Ai Solutions and ToolKit CS™

1991: Ai Associates founded. Ai Associates provided a consultancy service in information technology, health & safety and the construction industry. Recognising the need for a software package to manage the then new CDM regulations, the Company researched and developed CDM ToolKit™, which has become the leading CDM software package in the UK.
1995, January: The company was incorporated as Ai Solutions Ltd. A number of the customers who bought CDM ToolKit™ during our first year of trading are still using the latest versions of our products today.
1995-1997: Ai Solutions used CDM ToolKit™ from 1995 to 1997 for in-house planning supervision work.
2000, May: Ai Solutions become a Microsoft Partner.
2002, August: First release of Asbestos ToolKit CS™ for the new duty to manage in the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations (CAWR) 2002.
2007, March: Updated version of CDM ToolKit CS™ to support the requirements of the CDM 2007 regulations.
2008, February: Ai Solutions were able to offer customers a hosted version of ToolKit CS™.
2012, February: The Collaborative Construction Compliance website goes live!
2012, June: Update Asbestos ToolKit CS™ to support the new Control of Asbestos 2012 (CAR12) regulations.
2013, January: Safety Matters was released including Forums and access to our extensive knowledge base aimed at the Health and Safety Community.
2015, March: Updated version of CDM ToolKit CS™ to support the requirements of the CDM 2015 regulations.
2016, April: Updated version of CDM ToolKit CS™ to support the requirements of the Health and Safety (Management in Construction) (Jersey) Regulations 2016.
