March 2001
CDM Seminar
Our new CDM Seminar will take place on 5th April 2001. There is now a lot more focus on health & safety issues by the government with Mr Prescott’s address at the HSE conference last week. We have increasing activity in the press and 'Internet' world. HSE are out inspecting CDM management and audit systems in consultancies and construction companies. HSE have their new prosecutions database online. The new ACoP is due in a month or two. But still the accident statistics keep pointing upwards. There appears to be much to discuss and achieve if we all want to contribute to the improvement of health & safety in the construction industry.
Industry wide, we all have responsibilities (in law) to learn more about the Asbestos Regulations and how we should manage this debilitating substance in the workplace. We will be launching our new Asbestos ToolKit™ at the seminar with the support of our industry partners who will also be present on 5th April.

We are trying to contact 'Asbestos Managers' interested in hearing about our new Asbestos ToolKit™ software. Due for launch at our seminar on 5th April, we would like to give advance information to all interested parties as soon as it is available. Please contact us if you would like more information.
