Scope

Once the asbestos programme manager and/or team has been appointed, the first task is to define the scope of the project. The management programme will cut across all parts of the business, from maintenance activities, to IT installations, contractors, site access, permits to work, purchase procedures and training of all employees. The effects on all employees and organisational procedures must be considered.
