Existing buried structures should be identified. Where work is to be carried out to remove or alter them particular hazards must be detailed. This may relate to confined spaces and stability of ground. It may also follow that such structures contain residues of hazardous gases or materials which must be recorded so that specific precautions may be taken to safeguard those associated with the work.
