CDM (Isle of Man) Knowledge Base

This Knowledge Base includes topics relating to the The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2003 for the Isle of Man which came into force on October 1st 2004.

These regulations place specific duties on clients, planning supervisors, designers and contractors, to rethink their approach to health and safety, so that it is taken into account throughout the life of a construction project from its inception to its subsequent final demolition and removal.
