As stated in regulation 31, the record of an inspection must include the following information:-
- the name and the address of the relevant contractor of the relevant construction work
- the address of the relevant construction site
- a description of the relevant construction work
- the date and the time of the inspection
- details of any risk that was identified
- any action taken to control that risk
- the name and the address of competent person who carried out the inspection
The use of a tabular record or a form is suggested so that you can provide evidence if necessary.
