The "Site Investigation Report" is a report on the ground conditions of the site. It should consist of factual information on the soil types found in bore holes or trial pits together with results of any test carried out to determine the nature and characteristics of the soils found. The report may contain recommendations. The Site Investigation Report should be included in the both the Construction Phase Plan and Health & Safety File.
