Designer

A designer is defined as someone who has a profession, trade or business that involves them in the preparation of designs for construction work, including variations. This includes the preparation of drawings, design details, specifications, bills of quantities and the specification (or prohibition) of articles and substances, as well as the related analysis, calculations, and preparatory work, and includes those who arrange for employees or other people under their control to prepare designs relating to construction work, see Designer duties.
