CDM (Jersey) 2016 Regulations

Adequately resourced means having sufficient resources to have the work carried out safely and without risk. Resources can include just about anything required that is 'extra' to the project process. This can includes:-

  • People
  • Materials
  • Equipment including safety equipment
  • Time (delay) on main project to allow resources to take effect
  • Management tools
  • Additional processes including training
  • Sufficient money to pay for all the above
