Tips for anyone new to CDM

The Health and Safety (Management in Construction) (Jersey) Regulations 2016, sometimes referred to as CDM2016, applies to ALL construction work in Jersey except for owner-builders of dwellings (sometimes called domestic). The regulations cover both minor and major construction works. For major works you will need to provide a project notification.
