HSG264 - Asbestos: The survey guide

HSG264 sets out how to survey workplace premises for ACMs and how to record the results in a usable form. In addition, it gives advice on how to recognise and sample ACMs. Produced by the HSE to help those carrying out surveys, the document will also interest those who commission them.

Type surveys, as specified within MDHS100 which was revoked by HSG264, have been removed and replaced with 'Management Surveys' and 'Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys'.
