Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) (Amendment) Regulations 2000

These Regulations came into force on the 2 October 2000. They introduce a small number of changes to official classifications of the 26th Adaptation to Technical Progress (ATP) to the Dangerous Substances Directive. A new sixth edition of the Approved Supply List will be available from HSE Books. There is a transitional period for the implementation of CHIP 2000 until June 2001.
