Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) (Amendment) Regulations 1999

CHIP 99 introduces the first supplement to the 4th of the 'approved suppliers' list. This supplement adds around 60 new entries whilst amending a further 60. Suppliers of the relevant dangerous substances must make changes to comply with CHIP by 1 Nov 1999.

CHIP 99 also introduces a revised set of of EC agreed chemical test methods as adopted by the Health & Safety Commission.
