Primary Structure

The health and safety hazards inherent in each of the following design elements should be assessed with a view to eliminating or mitigating them during the design process. If elimination or mitigation is not possible then the significant hazards should be recorded and transmitted to the principal contractor for inclusion in the construction phase plan or the health and safety file.
