If you are still assigned as the Principal Contractor your duties still stand as if the site were operational. However, perhaps be extra vigilant in regards to the security of the site to ensure members of the public are safe. Sometimes sites that are left unattended can be a cause of intrigue for younger persons, damage to your security set up may need to be double checked over the closed period.

Other than maintaining site security are there any regs that govern the management of sites that have temporarily closed (couple of months)? What are pc responsibilities?
