&lt;p&gt;The management of Landfill sites is not the subject of CDM. If the movement of waste was carried out within a construction site for the purposes of landscaping or providing clean areas on which to build then such processes would attract the requirements of the CDM regulations.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
The removal from site of waste arising from demolition dismantling etc. is subject to the CDM regulations&lt;/p&gt;</description>
