The question above was originally posed via our Ask A Guru feature and this response from 2004 was by either Dave Carr or Michael Stokes.

I am sure that a research project on the effects of CDM would not be out of the question. It would however depend on such matters as the terms of reference, the status of the organisation conducting the research and funding.
