Our software products are normally supplied with an annual update service that allows the user to receive updates to applications as they are released.
These updates are usually delievered via a download from the internet. For customers on our hosted solution, these updates are installed automatically without any user intervention required.
For those customers who require it, the Company will provide a fee based installation service on site(s). This is normally only required for network installations where internal resources are not immediately available.
