There is a really useful eBook available to download from PlanGrid called 'Construction Productivity 101' which is a practical guide to help you increase productivity in seven easy steps. These seven easy steps include:-

4. Increase Use of Prefabrication
5. Move Towards Shorter, Team-Friendly Contracts
6. Improve Safety Training and Provide More of it
7. Communicate Better

There are some very useful tips within the document including better project management, raising awareness, safety on site as well as good communication on site with your workers. If you are involved in construction it's worth a read. Please also remember that all construction projects fall under the CDM2015 regulations so don't forget to have all your documentation available to all parties.
