Training Charter

We take training and support very seriously and have an enviable track record with our customers. All training is supported by our training charter which sets out the standards expected of all parties taking part in training including our own.

We offer training for product users, administrators and managers seeking to improve their compliance with the CDM regulations.

ToolKit CS™ for Windows®

The amount of training needed to use our software will vary between people and different companies. We have a number of flexible options to suit all situations and levels of ability.

For the computer literate and those who are familiar with Microsoft style software, the extensive product guide and F1 Help, may be all that is needed to become proficient. However for people who want to have a fast start and use the software straight away, then a training session is recommended.

Training Sessions

Training sessions can be given at our premises or at the customer’s site for up to 5 people at one time. The numbers are kept low to ensure maximum attention to each participant.

A new training option which has just been developed is our online e-learning. This gives maximum flexibility and allows for large groups of people to be trained over a short period of time and according to their needs. The training includes exercises and can be fully audited by the manager. As new upgrades and features become available then new sessions will be included. This option can be priced as a package with the purchase of the software.

The different options are provided to suit your own individual needs and some organisations may want to mix and match. For instance they could have a training session for their key people and then have e-learning for the more occasional users.

Pre-Requisites

We have a 'pre-requisistes' basic training course to ensure that attendees are familiar with the Windows environment and the use of PCs. This is downloadable free of charge:
