Ai Solutions provides an ongoing telephone and email technical support service for users wanting help with the program or its installation.

ToolKit CS™ also includes a context sensitive online help system available at any time by pressing the F1 key on your keyboard.

Product Updates

Our software products are normally supplied with an annual update service that allows the user to receive updates to applications as they are released.

These updates may be delievered by CD in the post, or via a download from the internet. For customers on our hosted solution, these updates are installed automatically without any user intervention required.

Installation Service

For those customers who require it, the Company will provide a fee based installation service on site(s). This is normally only required for network installations where internal resources are not immediately available.
