Apprentice Applications On The Up

Interestingly the Construction Enquirer reports that Seddon Group has received more than 1,400 applications after launching an apprentice recruitment drive across the UK. This proactive approach to get new blood into the industry needs to be applauded.

However, there are concerns that funding is over complex and a review is required. The main aim of the recruitment drive is to reach young people with the right qualifications and attitude; we at Ai Solutions applaud this innovative approach. The 1,400 construction wannabees will now have to fight-it-out for 75 places on Seddon's training programme this year.
