Asbestos ToolKit CS™ is a sister product to CDM ToolKit CS™ and was introduced to the UK market in September 2003. The software has been developed to meet the requirements of the
Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR) 2006.

Asbestos ToolKit CS™ is rooted in the 2004 Duty to Manage imposed on Building & Facility Managers. It allows the audited production of asbestos registers, property and survey documentation, photographs and floor plans, management plans and reports, risk assessments, tasking and communications. Data exchanging routines are built in so that duty holders can link to any major survey provider's software and other copies of ToolKit CS™.

Management information and statistics across properties and asbestos surveys are provided as standard.
